Felt Ball Garland

Had a few minutes to surf around on Pinterest tonight.....and ran across the cutest felt ball garland. But even better than that I learned something! Now....see....all this time I've been telling you how much you would enjoy browsing on Pinterest.....I learn something every time I go there! It's educational and inspiring! This felt ball garland was created by Jordan at the Oh Happy Day blog. Instructions are on her site. When I first saw the garland I thought how cute it would be to make a garland that blended with the RAZ Pom Pom Sprays. These sprays have been very popular for a couple of years now and I've always wondered why RAZ didn't make a matching garland to go with these.....well....now you can make one!. Just visit Jordan's blog for easy to follow instructions on string up a felt ball garland. Also while I was browsing....I ran across the Say Yes to Hoboken blog by Liz Stanley. Liz has a wonderful tutorial on making your own felt balls! I didn't know you could do this! Very creative.....and it looks simple enough. These pretty little balls are made out of wool roving.....didn't know there was such a thing...and I'm a country girl so to speak))) Anyway, you can't go wrong by visiting Say Yes to Hoboken and exploring Liz's blog....lots of creative ideas there. This would be such a great rainy day project for kids.....stringing up a colorful ball garland.....and they could be used for all sorts of decorating.....not just for Christmas. Here's another thing to go on my "to do" list....it's going to explode if I don't stay off Pinterest!
