The star of the wreath is an exclusive Halloween Kitty sign — designed by Carrie herself — and it’s surrounded by pops of color from curly mesh, layered ribbon strips, and a big statement bow.

Mesh cut into 20" strips.
Ribbon tails 12" in length. Attach a cluster of 4 ribbons in each twist.
Secure sign to wreath frame.
Bow and sign placement position of your choice.
