Spring Garden Tools Wall Hanging

Spring Garden Tools Wall Hanging

garden-tools-closeup This is a quick creation that we put together today using a set of Angel Vine and Moss Garden Tools as the base for a wall or door hanging. This would work especially well for places where regular wreaths are too full in depth. garden-tools-supplies We started with an Angel Vine and Moss Garden Tool set that is about 30" in length and about 9" x 10" in width. Some wired Moss Ribbon was used to hold the two tools together, but you could use flora wire, chenille stem, zip tie...etc. garden-tools-tools-closeup I like to use the wired Moss Ribbon because it blends so well with the tool set. garden-tools-wrap-moss-ribbon We also used the wired Moss Ribbon to hold together a clump of yellow forsythia. Once the forsythia was secured, we added a bow made of wire edge ribbon. This is a new spring ribbon in Yellow with Turquoise edging. garden-tools-add-ribbon This Yellow Ribbon is 2.5" in width and 10 yards in length and only $12.99 a roll. Using wire edge ribbon to make your bows is easy. Just fold down the raw edges a couple of time to give the bow a neat finished look. garden-tools-finished This wall hanging works great for Spring, Easter, and Summer. You could always put in a few Easter Egg picks and remove them later.....butterflies or lady bugs would look nice too.
