Stunning Pumpkin Wreath Created on an Embroidery Hoop

This stunning Pumpkin wreath was created by Lauren Johnson of River Bottom Designs. Lauren credits her inspiration the Fleur de lis and Football Blog which has great images showing how to create a wreath using this technique. The wreath was made on an 18" embroidery hoop and a latch hook mat. Lauren also covered the back of her wreath with a Halloween fabric......makes it much neater when viewed from the back if hanging on a glass door or in a window. You could apply this same technique and make a snowman.....using hoops of varying sizes....
