Introduction: Trendy Tree LLC ("Sponsor") is offering the "Trendy Tree Logo" contest. No purchase is necessary, nor does a purchase improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years of age and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Entry must have a valid email address.

Timing: Contest begins at August 3, 2013 9:00 a.m. central and ends at 12:00 pm August 15, 2013

How to Enter: Visit https://www.trendytreeshop.com/trendy-tree-logo-contest and fill in required entry information. You may enter more than once.

Choosing the Winner: The contest winner will be chosen by Trendy Tree LLC. (sponsor). Winner will be notified by email, and the winner's name shall be posted to this Blog post as an update. If identical or near identical phrases are submitted, the first one submitted will have precedence. If no phrase is chosen to be used on the Trendy Tree website, a winner will be drawn at random using random.org software. If more than one phrase is chosen, a like prize will be awarded to that entrant.

No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will prize a prize of equal or greater value.

In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
